How much can I borrow?
Our loan approval amounts range from $2,600 to $5,000. Please note that minimum loan amount in California is $2,600. See our How It Works or Rates and Fees page for more information.
What is an installment loan?
An installment loan is a loan that is repaid over time with a set number of scheduled payments. At Loantopia installment loan may be repaid early without any prepayment charges.
How much does an installment loan cost?
Loantopia offers competitive fee schedules. It is also important to remember that Loantopia may not be the least expensive credit option and may not be the best option for some borrowers. Our loans are primarily for short term solutions.

What is required to apply for a loan?
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You live in a state we service. Currently we serve California only.
  • You have a job or regular source of income
  • You have an active and valid checking account (savings and prepaid accounts not accepted).
  • You have an email address to receive account information.

How soon can I get my money?
If we receive your application by 6pm ET and you are approved, we can electronically deposit your money into your account as early as the next business day (M-F excluding bank holidays). Applications received after 6pm ET are processed the next business day.
Can I have two loans at Loantopia at once?

No, you must pay off your current loan before applying for a new one.

What are my payment options?

For your convenience, we offer ACH debit payment option. If you choose to make payments using ACH debit, your payments will be electronically debited from your checking or saving account. Contact Customer Support if your prefer to make other payment arrangements.

Are there any early payment penalties?

Loantopia does not have any pre-payment penalties, so we encourage you to pay back your loan early and save on interest!

Do you run a credit report?

Yes. However, we are not looking for a perfect credit score to receive an installment loan. We do want to make sure that we are lending responsibly and protecting all parties involved from fraud on their Loantopia loan account.

What if I have less than perfect credit?

We understand that bad things can happen to good people. Since some of our loans are based on your ability to pay back instead of your past credit, less than perfect credit will not prevent you from receiving an installment loan. Our friendly and knowledgeable loan staff will try and work with you, even if you have been turned down by other lenders.

When will I receive my loan?

If all information is received by 12:00 Noon Pacific Time and can be verified by 3:00 pm Pacific Time, you will generally receive your money the next business day. For security purposes, we must be able to contact you by telephone before your loan is funded.

How will I know if I am approved?

Shortly after we have all necessary information, we will call you and/or send you an email advising if you are approved. You can also contact our customer service representatives regarding your loan application.

What if I change my mind and decide I do not want the loan?

If for any reason you decide you do not want the loan, you can return the money that we loaned you and cancel the transaction within three (3) days. No questions asked and no fees. It is risk free.

How can I reset my password?

Typically, the last four digits of your social security number is your password unless you have changed it (which we recommend).  There is also a ‘forgot password” link on our login page that will walk you through the process.  As always, if you wish to speak to someone directly, please call us at (877) 714-7514.
